Warranty
Most manufacturers require professional cleaning every 12-18 months for a certified cleaning firm to maintain their warranty.
Urine voids most if not all carpet warranties as well as removes the finish of waxes, natural stone and causes colors to move (Dye migration) in area rugs cause permanent damage.
Atlas offers a 30 day guarantee. If a spot reappears on your carpet, upholstery or hard surfaces will come out free of charge and clean the ares of concern. Lastly as a family based company we want to take any other concerns away by having "if still unsatisfied we will refund the cleaning cost".
Maintenance
Proper maintenance between cleanings makes the difference with having cleaning every 6, 12 or 18 months.
Carpet - Needs to be vacuumed 2-3 times a week. Did you know that it take 6-8 steps for most stuff to come off your shoes? The removal of most dust, sand or other dry soil will ensure money years of life. Also carpet acts like a filter when air passes through it all particles are trapped and settle to the bottom or the backing. A good vacuum will be able to capture 60-70% that you would normally be breathing in on a daily basis.
Furniture - Imagine wearing the same shirt everyday for 1 month and not vacuum or cleaning it. Upholstery fabric is made of the same fibers! Wool, Silk, Cotton they all absorb body oil, sweat and dead skin cells that dust mites love to feed on. By Vacuuming you will be able to remove a good portion and having them cleaning every 1-2 years depending on use.
Tile&Grout - This resilient surface takes everything from spills, drops and residue from harsh cleaners that will break down sealers. The best solution is getting a PH-Neutral Cleaner and a micro-fiber (removable) mop to dust/clean daily. *Most over the counter cleaners are to aggressive with sealers
