Carpet & Area Rugs
Standard Carpet Cleaning: Starting at $.40/sqft*. Includes our 7 step cleaning process. We are happy to move most light furniture items as needed for no additional charge. Examples: Have a common sized 10'x13' bedroom(s)? Pricing would be approx $52.00 (each room) to clean. Have a larger carpeted room, such as a living or family room? Pricing for a 20'x15' area would be approx $120.00. As a general rule of thumb, plan on each area (250sqft or less) being around $50 per area to be cleaned.
Pet Treatment: Starting at $.50/sqft*. Includes our 7 step cleaning process and adds a topical pet treatment designed to breakdown urine/feces molecules, allowing us to remove this debris from the carpet fibers, leaving your carpet feeling and smelling fresh. Have a room that has been saturated by urine? A deep flush of your carpet and pad may be needed to remove urine that has made its way into your carpet padding. Pricing for a deep flush is $100.00 (per area) in addition to the $.50/sqft pet treatment cost. Our technicians will be able to walk you through which solution will best fit your cleaning need.

In Home Area Rug Cleaning: Starting at $.65/sqft. Includes our 7 step cleaning process with a focus on fiber identification. Starting price includes man-made fibers such as nylon and polyester, which are fairly common in area rug fabrication. Natural fibers, such as wool and silk, need to be handled a specific way to ensure they aren't damaged in the cleaning process. Wool area rugs start at $1.00/sqft and need to be inspected prior to quoting a firm price. Have an heirloom piece or Persian style rug that is beginning to look dingy or discolored? Rest assured, we can tackle that cleaning project as well! Ask us for details and pricing on our off-site rug cleaning services that cater toward higher end area rugs that need a little more TLC to safely bring them back to their former glory.
Carpet Protector: $25.00/area. Carpet protector not only provides protection from the various day to day oops scenarios that can happen at a moment's notice, it also coats your carpet's fiber and protects from dirt & sand particles that can scratch your carpet's outer coating, causing light to refract differently from surrounding, less walked on areas. Unprotected high traffic areas tend to look dull or even dirty, but oftentimes the culprit is a damaged fiber, caused by debris from our shoes scratching the surface of your carpet with each step. Adding our carpet protector service to each cleaning service can add years to the life of your carpeted surfaces.
Tile & Grout
Ceramic/Porcelain Tile Cleaning: Starting at $.75/sqft*. Includes tile specific pre-spray & CRB scrub to remove stubborn built up dirt and grime, followed by steam rinsing with a high pressure acidic rinse to return the floor to a neutral ph state. We are happy to move most furniture items as needed for no additional charge. Examples: Have a kitchen or dining area with 10'x15' dimensions? Pricing would be approx $112.00 (each room) to have cleaned. Whether it's a small kitchen or bathroom, or your home's main flooring surface, we are equipped to tackle any sized cleaning project!
Natural Stone Cleaning: Starting at $1.25/sqft*. Includes a natural stone safe pre-spray & stone specific agitation method, followed by a neutral pH rinse to maintain your stone's existing luster and sheen. Have an area(s) that looks dull from years of foot traffic or has come into contact with an agent that has etched away your stone's shine? Ask our technicians about our stone polishing solutions! Our technicians will walk you through each step of our polishing solution to find the best option available to have your natural stone floor looking like the day it was installed.
Tile & Grout Sealer: Starting at $.30/sqft*. Tile & grout sealer provides protection from the various day to day oops scenarios that can happen at a moment's notice. Spill a glass of red wine or orange juice? Not a problem! Sealers allow grout joints to repel liquids long enough to remedy the spill. Have natural stone floors and need an impregnating sealer to protect your stone surface? We offer the best impregnating sealers on the market with prices starting at $.50/sqft*.

Natural Stone Polishing
Honing Natural Stone: Starting at $1.50/sqft*. Honing is the process of removing the polish from soft stones, such as marble, travertine, and other limestones. Our process uses 200-400 grit diamond discs to remove the light surface scratching and etching, common with acidic spills or acidic cleaners. Acidic solutions remove the polished layer from the top of your stone floor leaving it looking dull in areas of contact. Honing gently removes the top layer, leaving a uniform surface with low reflectivity or sheen, a process needed to build a consistent shine if polishing is desired.
Polishing Natural Stone: Starting at $1.50/sqft*. Atlas Floor Care uses only high quality diamond discs to polish your stone floor to a specific level of metered polish (reflectivity). Most soft stones are factory polished to between 800-1500 grit. These grits are commonly used to bring back stone surfaces that have been neglected. Looking for even more shine for your marble entryway or master bath? Atlas has you covered all the way up to a mirror like sheen! Our technicians will take a look at your specific need and offer solutions to best fit the look that you are wanting accomplished.
Restorative Scratch Removal: Starting at $1.50/sqft*. Soft stones, such as marble & travertine, are susceptive to scratching and etching. If the scratches are deep enough, standard honing might not be enough to remove the damage. Our restorative scratch and damage removal service is designed to eliminate most surface scratches and damage, allowing your stone floor to be brought back to it's original shine or even better. If you're considering polishing your stone floor to an ultra shine, any scratches or other damage will become more and more noticeable as you move up the polishing scale.

Upholstery Cleaning
Recliner Cleaning: Starting at $65.00/each*. Includes our 5 step cleaning process. We sit on our furniture daily and like the clothing we wear, it needs cleaning from time to time to eliminate dirt & grime from our clothes, hair and dead skin cells from our bodies, and any number of items that having pets and children provides. Wood Floor Cleaning
Standard Wood Floor Cleaning: Starting at $.50/sqft*. This service is designed for well maintained wood floors that are in need of professional cleaning only. Includes an application of our wood safe, pH balanced cleaning agent, agitation with a 3M red or white pad, followed by solution and debris removal. We use air movers and bonnet dry the areas that are cleaned, providing your with a fresh, clean, and dry surface before project completion.
Wood Floor Cleaning & Wax: Starting at $1.00/*.sqft*. This service is designed for well maintained wood floors that are starting to lose luster or could benefit from additional layers of wax applied to protect your wood flooring. Includes our standard wood floor cleaning service and adds the application of 2 coats of high quality wax to build back any loss of luster or wax, typically in high traffic areas.
Wood Floor Strip, Clean, & Wax: Starting at $1.50/sqft*. This service is designed for wood floors that have not been maintained properly and are in need of an overhaul. This service will not repair damages to the wood itself, but will remove the existing damaged wax and reapply a floor sealer, followed by at least 2 coats of high quality wax. This service is a good fit for wood flooring that is not in need of being resurfaced or replaced.
