Pre-inspection we make note of all challenging areas and set your expectations as well as come up with a solution for each area.
2. Prepare the area and Vacuum
Precondition. We use the highest quality eco products available. We apply our cleaning product over the entire surface of your tile allowing it to breakdown and emulsify all the built up dirt, oils and fats. Our cleaning solution is the most advanced tile cleaner on the market.
Cleaning Complex and difficult areas are agitated manually with a brush and for really challenging heavy use areas, a mechanical rotating brush is employed. The entire floor is then cleaned using a state of the art self-contained pressure cleaning system.
Rinsing An acidic based rinse solution is applied through our Truck mounted machine during the rinsing process leaving your floors sanitized and neutralize any detergent left over from the cleaning process. By balancing the pH of your floor it prepares from the next step leaving it with no residue left over.

Types Synthetic, Natural or blended
Synthetic fibers - Polyester, nylon, micro-fiber loves to hold onto oils.
Natural Fibers - Wool, Cotton, Silk and countless others have to be cleaned with caution. Using heat or the wrong cleaning product can made the colors move around causing permanent damage.
